My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sara is a 2-year-old Pitbull mix with an adorable "lowrider" build that adds to her charm! This sweet girl is full of love and affection, always ready to snuggle up or greet you with a wagging tail. Sara has a gentle personality and is eager to please, making her the perfect companion for someone ready to give her the attention and love she deserves.

She's also eager to continue her training in her forever home and is sure to blossom with guidance and positive reinforcement. Sara came to us as part of a rescue effort after the devastating Airport Fires in Orange County. She was transferred from a shelter in the area to help free up space for animals affected by the natural disaster. Now, she's looking for her new family and can't wait to bring happiness into your life.

Sara's ready to be your loyal companion-could you be the one to give her the forever home she's been waiting for?

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
