Bowie is a sweet boy who loves people! He was found wandering the streets of DC, immediately winning the hearts of everyone he met due to his friendly nature. Bowie is a young guy with good leash manners, lots of energy, and loves nothing more than a good cuddle. At 45 pounds, Bowie firmly believes he's the perfect size for a lap dog and would even love to take a nap on your lap! He's housebroken, though he sometimes needs a reminder as to what counts as "outside." Bowie knows some commands already, like sit and stay, and would love to learn more, as he really loves pleasing people and earning treats! He's been interested in meeting his feline foster brother and has been gentle and friendly with everyone he meets in his foster neighborhood. We like him lots and think you will, too!
