Happy Fall Y'all! My name is Chief and I'm a handsome 2yr old male Shepherd/Husky mix. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport.
Here are some fun facts about me & my ideal home!
1. I was given away to a nice lady because my original owner went off to college. It made me pretty sad but I’m adjusting well & am ready for my forever home!
2. I have a high energy level and love to play! I need a large fenced in backyard for me to safely run and play in. Will you promise to play with me?
3. I play well with other large dogs! I have been around a teenager and we get along great, if you have kids over the age of 12yrs old, we should get along fine. No cats or small dogs please.
4. I would love to be obedience trained! I want to learn all sorts of commands and maybe some tricks. I am smart and if you give me yummy treats I’ll learn just about anything.
5. I dream of taking long walks, going on hikes, trying out this thing called swimming, playing with lots of toys, and spending my evenings at the feet of my favorite person.
6. If you are looking for a sweet, friendly, playful, energetic, and loving new bestie - I’m your guy!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
