My name is Gus!

Gus is a great dog for a family with school age or older children. He is medium size, and medium energy. For being very floofy, he really doesn’t shed that much. He has extensive training with Found Chicago, and has a library of training videos for an adopter to continue working with him. He loves to cuddle, and play tug and chase. He likes to go on a hike, but hates car rides. He likes to munch on your scraps from dinner, and adores little shredded cheese snacks. We will provide toys/bed/leash/training collar and whatever food and treats we have left. Gus has been an absolute joy in our family for 4 years, but has not adapted to having a baby/toddler in the home. He deserves a good home where he can be loved, but without very young children.
