Gumbo is a “party in a box” with an enthusiasm for life. He loves to greet folks with a fast wag, a proper sit for a treat and LOVES to play and romp with his dog friends. Several people think when they see his photo that he’s a full-sized Golden Retriever. Don’t be Catfished! He’s a whopping 15lbs and is all legs! Loud noises and fast movements still make him nervous, but he is working on this with the help of treats and a confident handler.

We are an organization founded to assist owners with missing pets through coaching, field work and humane trapping. This extends to securing street strays who we exit when no owner comes forward. We rehab and evaluate each dog for an appropriate fit for adoption.
