I'm around 2 years of age, a well balanced social gal that is just happy to be living life to the fullest. I am loving, active and playful. Being your typical pup I will need lots of exercise and playtime, both physical and mental.
I have a sweet nature that does well with people both tall and small. I am great with the other foster pups here too although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any cats yet.
I only come in at around 35lbs, more of a Klee Kai or mini Husky. I am that pawsome size ready for all your activities...from a companion to tag along on all your daily going on's to an action packed sidekick tackling those nature trails, I'll be ready to go! I'm so looking forward to being that heartbeat at your feet, ready to give you all this love and butt wiggles I've got stored up!!
Sweet natured, loving and playful along with my adorable 'lil' face will have me being that fabulous family member just waiting to happen!! And it just so happens... I'm waiting for YOU!!

Hay Dude Equine Rescue, in Boerne, TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs, are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

(1) promote and educate the public on horse slaughter and equine abuse
(2) Rescue, retrain and rehome slaughter bound, abused, or neglected horses
(3) educate the public on proper horse care and husbandry
(4) offer assistance to equine owners in times of natural or personal disaster
(5) rehabilitate neglected and abused equines
(6) accept donations of rehomeable equines for adoption and placement
(7) adopt equines into thoroughly vetted homes
