Buddy was brought in because the family did not have time for him and he did not get along with their toddler. He knows commands sit, stay, down and no. Buddy behaves when left alone in the home and goes outside to potty. He has been permitted on the furniture and has lived with dogs and cats. Buddy is described as playful, protective and loving. He loves to play fetch. He will chase squirrels and other small animals.

The whole process is easy and takes a matter of in-office minutes. While we like for our animals to find homes, we require adopting families to meet in our shelter. That way you can meet your new family member and make sure he/she is the one for you. Then we do the paperwork which takes only a little time. We look forward to meeting you.

You can come to visit or adopt one of our animals from ten a.m. until four p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from noon to four p.m. on Sundays.

More about this shelter

We are a compassionate shelter. Our job is to help our animals get ready for their "forever homes". We do this by making their stay with us comfortable, and giving them a healthy, clean, and safe temporary home.
