My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Axl: Your Loyal, Laid-Back Companion!**

Axl is a 5-year-old couch potato who just loves to lounge around. He’s the perfect buddy for someone looking for a mellow companion. He’s great with other dogs and can be around small dogs with supervision, as well as children under a watchful eye. However, Axl's forever home *must* be cat-free—and no chickens or small animals either, please! He’s working on his kennel training and improving every day.

Axl walks well on a leash, except when a cat crosses his path—then he’ll need someone strong enough to handle his enthusiasm. He does have a bit of separation anxiety, so he’s happiest when his human is home or he can tag along on adventures. If left alone, he might have an “accident” just to show how much he missed you!

If you’re ready to give Axl the love and attention he deserves, he’ll reward you with loyalty and lots of lounging.
