EAT. PLAY. LOVE. Kai is a 13 week old handsome husky/heeler mix fostered through The Riley Rescue. His dream is to spend Halloween in his forever home. Just check out the image of Casper, the friendly ghost on his chest. Kai can be quite vocal when playing with his foster brother and sister, but he is also a perfect gentleman and will wait until last to get his treat. Kai is focusing on potty training, sit, and walking on a leash and has mastered the crate, coming when called, and riding in a car. Submit Application

You can complete an adoption application at https://rileyrescue.org/dog-adoption/

2.
Approve Application

Your application will be processed, once approved you will be contacted to meet the dog/puppy you choose.

3.
Meet the Pet

Once approved the foster home will contact you to meet the dog/puppy

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If you decide to adopt you will sign the adoption contract prior to taking your new pet home.

5.
Pay Fee

Preferred payment method is Venmo.

6.
Take the Pet Home

ALL of our dogs and puppies have been seen atleast once by a licensed veterinarian, have had age appropriate vaccines, a fecal and deemed healthy for adoption. If old enough, they have also been heartworm tested (negative unless otherwise noted) and fixed.
Applications are reviewed in the order that they are received.
