Meet Frida, a 3-year-old mixed breed pup with a spirited and fun-loving nature who’s here to embrace life to the fullest! Despite being heartworm-positive, her zest for adventure and happiness never wavers. She’s the perfect companion for anyone who enjoys a balance of excitement and relaxation. Frida loves long walks, especially through the pumpkin patch, where she can explore all the smells and sounds of fall. And when she’s not out adventuring, she’s content to unwind with some quality belly rubs. Frida also enjoys car rides, especially with the windows down so she can smell the fresh autumn air and feel the wind in her ears!
Although she’s undergoing heartworm treatment, Frida remains as lively and affectionate as ever, eager to share her life with a forever family. She is looking for a foster-to-adopt home, but once her heartworm treatment is complete she will be ready for adoption!
Frida’s cheerful personality and loving nature shine through every day, making her a joy to be around. Whether it’s hiking through the woods or snuggling up at home, Frida is ready to be your loyal sidekick, spreading happiness wherever she goes! If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: acskc.org/adoption/adoption-application
Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply!
_ When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive! Find out what's included when you adopt from ACSKC: https://acskc.org/adoption/before-you-adopt/#whats-included
