My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet me at PawSafe 348 Old Colony Rd. Eastford, CT

We hope you're sitting down as we formally introduce Bunny's STUNNING other daughter! Meet Barbara! She is a gorgeous, sleek, solid girl, who is the whole package! She is dog, kid, cat, friendly! She has been in foster since she and her sister were a few weeks old, and have been such great pups! Believe it or not they are already doing excellent with housebreaking! She loves toys, to play with her sister and all of her Foster home's dogs, and loooves to romp around in the grass. Fearless and fun, and full of wrinkles, Barbara is going to be a big, beautiful a girl! She is medically up to date, microchipped and will go home on a spay contract. We are guessing she will be over 60lbs when full grown.

Sorry, due to MA Dept of Agriculture regulations, we cannot adopt to MA residents.

Additional adoption info

Our volunteers have made a commitment to ensure that the animals we place will be in their new home for life.

Once an application is submitted, a volunteer will work with you to set up a time to meet the puppies that interest you.

Please plan on meeting the animal you are interested in adopting. Although the pictures and descriptions may show the "perfect" pet for you - nothing replaces an actual meeting!! You can NOT place an animal on hold. This is unfair to both the animal and other potential adopters.

ADOPTION FEES:
Please read the Q&A's on our website for adoption fee information and what is included.

More about this shelter

We work very closely with rescues in southern states to find new homes for dogs and puppies who deserve a family despite their state of origin.

Most of the puppies in our care come from over-crowded shelters in states with extreme over population and high kill rates. Our main goal is to place orphaned and unwanted animals into loving permanent homes.
