DOB 6/21/24
Hey there, everyone! I’m Mary, a gentle, affectionate, and easygoing brown tabby gal who was named after the witch Mary Sanderson in Disney’s Hocus Pocus movie. Although I was initially shy and hesitant when I first arrived in my foster home, now that I’ve adjusted to my new “digs,” I’ve really come out of my shell and luxuriate when Foster Meowmy coos in my ear and gently strokes me as we cuddle together.
A nice lady who lived in a trailer park spotted a very-pregnant black cat and brought her inside her trailer to protect her from the pit bulldogs who were running loose outside. Sure enough, Momma Winifred birthed the four of us #Hocus-Pocus kittens inside the trailer, but it was too many cats in a small space with the resident cats who already lived there. The nice lady became so overwhelmed that she considered putting us all outside. Fortunately, her daughter reached out to a work colleague, who agreed to foster us into her home.
Momma Winifred, Billy, Sarah, Binx, and I have all thrived in foster care. Momma has doted on us and taught us all the manners we need to know. My siblings and I tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. I’m quite the soccer striker as I bat my cat spring toys around the room, and then I grab a cat nap atop the cat tree. I have such excellent scratching-post manners that you could say it’s one of my favorite toys! I absolutely love Foster Meowmy’s two-year-old son and am curious about the resident dogs and cats on the other side of the foster-room door.
Now I’m ready to find my forever home. Could that be with your family? Arrange to meet me today, and consider adopting me with one of my three #Hocus-Pocus siblings. That way we can keep each other company while you’re at work or on vacation. We promise to leave tiny paw prints all over your heart!
