My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: St Peter, MN

Coco is a total sweetheart and is sure to win you over! She loves walks and does great on though, she does much better walking in a harness. Watch out for squirrels and she will try to run after them though! She does great walking with a other dog and tends to walk to walk right next to them.

She loves to play fetch, tho we are working on the drop it and bringing it all the way back. Loves all types of toys- but more so the ones that squeaks! She also loves bones.

I have yet to see her be food or treat aggressive. She struggles a bit with wanting to go into her kennel, sometimes you can through a treat in there and she will go. She will whine for a few mins and then calms down.

She sleeps in her kennel throughout the night great, hasn't had any accidents or needed to go out in the middle of the night.

She will need a slow introduction to other dogs and I think would do best in a house without another dominant dog. Otherwise she does great.

She has done great with kids she has been around (ages 12 and up so far). She takes treats gently.

She truly is a great dog!!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (Distemper, Rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
