How adorable is BIRDIE? She came to our pound as a stray. Her owner knew she was with us, but told a neighbor he didn't want her and wasn't going to come for her and he didn't. So his loss will be someone else's gain. BIRDIE is a 5 month old Black and Tan Coonie/Treeing Walker Coonie mix. As you can see from the size of her paws, she is going to be a big girl. Her mom was a Black and Tan mix and her dad was the Treeing Walker. Both of them are big dogs. So BIRDIE is going to be a chip off the old block! BIRDIE is very sweet and affectionate. She loves everyone. She is good with other dogs and kids. We don't know about cats. BIRDIE is a typical puppy. She takes naps, runs and plays, and has a lot of energy. But for a puppy, she also pretty well behaved, but she does like to chew as puppies tend to. BIRDIE will make a great addition to a family
