But don't worry, I'll always come out for a cuddle. I'm gentle and mellow, so I'll curl up in your lap and purr softly. I'm also very loyal. Once we're friends, we're friends for life. Fruity has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and potentially a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat.
Fruity has the possibility of testing negative for the virus sometime within the next 4-6 months, as she currently still carries the virus from her mother's immune system. She is looking for a home to love her just the way she is!
