My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Pebbles!**

Pebbles is an adorable young female kitten looking for her forever home through no fault of her own. This sweet girl is the ultimate family companion and has experience with kids of all ages, including newborns! She’s friendly with everyone in the home, and her affectionate nature shines through when she curls up in your lap, purring contentedly and kneading on soft blankets.

Pebbles has a playful side, too! She loves chasing toys and will keep you entertained with her playful antics. She has also lived harmoniously with dogs, especially with slow introductions, and has done great in a home with a large dog. Pebbles is a social butterfly with other cats, and you’ll often find her grooming, cuddling, and playing with her feline friends.

This beauty is spayed, fully vaccinated, and sports a stunning tortoise/tabby coat with vibrant pops of orange and mesmerizing amber eyes. If you’re looking for a loving, playful, and gentle cat who will be an amazing addition to your home, Pebbles is your girl! Don’t wait – she won’t be available for long.
IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.

Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adopt

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transport

We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.October 4, 2024, 5:36 am

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
