My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is a 6 -year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a playful personality. While Max does have hypothyroidism, which requires lifelong medication, his treatment is inexpensive and easy to manage.

Max is an incredibly affectionate dog who thrives on attention and cuddles. He's gentle and loving with his foster family, and his fun personality will keep you smiling. Though he's not a fan of thunder and can get scared during storms, Max's sweet nature more than makes up for it.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your life with love, Max is your guy!

Stop in and meet Max in person during our adoption hours. For more
information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff will
be happy to help you.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7
months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick
preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating
veterinarians.
