This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $300 if picked up in TN, $375 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions.
Maura is a shy, sweet and playful 6-month-old, 6 pound Chihuahua / Jack Russell mix who’s ready to bring a whole lot of love to her forever home! With puppy energy to spare, she’ll keep you entertained with her love of toys and her adorable antics. After a fun play session, this little cuddle bug is happiest snuggled up right by your side. Since she's still a puppy, Maura is working on her housetraining, but with a good routine, she’s sure to catch on quickly. She’s already crate-trained and is learning her leash skills too. She’s timid around strangers and in new situations at first, but once she warms up, she’s a loyal and loving companion. Maura gets along well with other dogs and loves older kids. If you have a cat, be ready for some playful chases! Maura is a smart and loving girl who would thrive in a patient home ready to help her grow into her best self. Whether you’re looking for a playful companion or a snuggly sidekick, Maura is eager to be your new best friend! Could that be you? Contact us about Maura today!

THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents.
A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first!
Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
