Meet "Teddy", he is a 2 year old shih tzu, weighing 18 pounds. Teddy is a happy go lucky boy, that was brought to the shelter as a stray. He loves walks and playing with his toys. He is a little shy with other dogs, so a low key canine companion would best benefit him. Teddy will need to meet all humans and canines before adoption.
