Meet Sinatra!!
This gorgeous boy is about a year old. We believe he is a Husky/Shepherd mix. He currently weighs 68 pounds.
Sinatra is a very sweet boy full of so much love and affection!!
Unfortunately, when Sinatra came into our care, he had a very injured leg. We do not know for certain what caused it. But due to the severity of the injury, it was decided in Sinatra's best interest to amputate his back leg.
This boy has adjusted to the tripod life very quickly!! Only having 3 legs hasn't slowed him down much.
He still loves to play in our yards, greet everyone he meets and go for walks with our volunteers.
While Sinatra isn't affected by the tripod life in his young age. He will likely develop arthritis in his good leg as he gets older due to his large size. His future owner will need to be prepared to take on the responsibility of exercising him properly. And eventually taking on future medications.
Sinatra would do best in a house with a yard where he can have enough space to play.
Sinatra is a great boy and we know he will make someone an incredible companion!!
Sinatra is neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and on heartworm/flea/tick prevention. His adoption fee is $85.
