My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rose is a 10-month-old female and weighs 41 lbs. She is full of energy and love! This young girl is athletic, playful, funny, curious, and friendly - a perfect combination for an adventurous pup. She's an affectionate and happy dog who loves to be around people and get lots of attention. She's great with other dogs and loves to make new four-legged friends. Rose would fit in well with an active family who can keep up with her playful and bouncy nature - think of her as your new bouncing bouncing baby girl! If you're interested in meeting this sweet young lady call to schedule and appt today 256 362 5856. Her adoption fee is $110. The adoption fee covers one set of vaccines including rabies, vet exam, spay, fecal and general dewormer.

More about this shelter

We are the Animal Control Facility for the City of Talladega. We provide animal control services for the entire county of Talladega excluding the city limits of Lincoln, Sylacauga, and Childersburg. We work with lots of rescues all over the US and Canada. We do some local adoptions but don't have many people come in locally looking to adopt. A lot of our pets are transferred to our rescue partners. We do accept donations of cleaning supplies, dry cat/kitten, dry dog/puppy food, cat litter, and chew toys. We are also always looking for short term foster homes for our pets going to rescues. Usually it's only for a 2-4 week period before the pet leaves for his/her rescue. If you are interested feel free to contact us at 256-362-5856
