My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ellie!

With a nickname like "cattle dork," you KNOW this girl is full of spunk! She is exactly what you would expect out of a ACD x Hound mix, full of life and goofiness!

Ellie would love a home where she has a yard to run and play fetch in, goes on long walks (she is FANTASTIC on a leash!), and gets LOTS of cuddles (this girl seriously gives the best snuggles). She loves to work for food and learn new skills through training.

Hope you have a good throwing arm because this girl will put it to work!

More about this rescue

Homeward Bound Waggin is an all volunteer animal rescue and transport organization. We pull animals slated to be euthanized in our rural area and then find no kill rescues in other parts of the country that can take them. We also make them available for adoption in a broader geographical area.
