Foster cat's bio for their adoption profile: Hi, I'm Dory. I'm one of the "D" group of 9 kittens and 2 mamas that was dumped on a farm. We're a very lucky bunch, as we didn't have to wait too long before SCAT found us a foster Auntie to take us all in. I'm a very playful kitty and I give Auntie lots of laughs when I chase my toys and roll around with them as if they were alive. I'm a sucker for wand toys and soft " pretend" mice......,and did I mention balls?.....I'm very fond of balls. Although, I have lots of kitten energy, I'm one of the first ones who is ready to nap. When I nap, I prefer to nap in the cubby hole of my cat tower where it's cozy and a bit on the dark side. I'm elated when some of my siblings join me and we can all nap together. I tend to be a bit on the shy side. Sometimes I run away from Auntie when she wants to pick me up and smooch me ( but not every time). I'm definitely ready for my forever home......I can hardly wait! Will I be your kitty? I'm starting to get excited! Come see me....I'll be waiting for you with open paws. Much love & hugs, Dory

More about this rescue
Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
