Check out the amazing hypnotic eyes on this baby Meet beautiful Rose🌹Raised in a rural southern shelter that is soon closing down, Rose’s future wasn’t looking very promising. With shelters overflowing and nowhere for poor little Rose and her siblings to go, they needed a miracle🙏🏼 Thankfully, Sandi Paws made it to them in time! Rose (and her sisters) got a golden ticket to make the journey up to WI and arrived on 9/29. Rose is looking forward to her 2nd chance at life, now as a family pet❤️ This stunning girl is 8 months old, 43#. She has a soft, dark red/caramel colored coat and striking icey eyes. In the short amount of time she’s been in her foster home, she has shown her outstanding resilience, working to conquer new experiences like living in a house. She is working hard on learning all the important things that being a family dog mean! Her personality is happy, playful and loving. Rose is great at entertaining herself by tossing a toy around. She also loves to do zoomies in the yard with her doggie housemates. With proper introductions and time, Rose is friendly with other friendly dogs. She has not been cat tested, and may need to get a good grasp on her other manners and comprehension (like learning the word “no”) before introducing a kitty friend. Rose is a little skittish at first, with new people and places. But once she feels safe, she will ask for all the pets and lovings. Her new family will need to be a bit patient as she adjusts to all these new changes in her life! If sweet Rose sounds like the dog your family has been dreaming of, fill out an application and ask for Rose 🌹 Thank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Additional adoption info

A successful adoption depends on the selection of the right pet for your household and your understanding of your responsibility of adopting a rescued animal. Our adoption procedures have been designed to make sure all rescued Sandi Paws pets are placed in an appropriate, loving forever home, and to make sure all adopters find the right fit for their family. Prior to adoption, all dogs and cats will be given all age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, kennel cough, parvo and distemper, spaying/neutering, intestinal deworming, heartworm testing/treatment, microchipping, and monthly heartworm medication and flea prevention.
Note: We will adopt pets outside of Wisconsin if we can do necessary background and reference checks and the adopters agree to provide necessary follow up information. Also, the adopting family must agree to travel to pick up the pet and agree to transport them back to Wisconsin if they need to be returned at any time.
