My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Nova is a young Lab mix looking for a family to call her own. We don't have much background on where her and her brothers came from, but boy is this little lady sweet as can be!

She loves to play tug, fetch, and work for food. She is very smart and loves to learn new things. She is currently enrolled in our Basic Manners Shelter Dog class and is LOVING every minute of it. She loves going on long hikes and exploring the environment, rolling around in the backyard with her brothers, or cuddling with volunteer on the couch. She has a very classic sweet lab personality.

It is important to remember she is still a puppy and will need help continuing to learn about the world and training to help her be the best version of herself.

More about this rescue

Homeward Bound Waggin is an all volunteer animal rescue and transport organization. We pull animals slated to be euthanized in our rural area and then find no kill rescues in other parts of the country that can take them. We also make them available for adoption in a broader geographical area.
