Here’s to second chances! Sweet Faith came to Ozzie's in 2021 as a new born puppy in need of bottle feeding. She was cared for and adopted out to what we thought would be her forever home. Due to no fault of her own, Faith was dumped by her previous adopter and ended up at the shelter. We broke her out as soon as she was released. We are now ready to begin the search for her real forever home. Faith is a smart girl, knows basic commands and is house trained. She loves getting out for walks and spending time snuggled up with her foster family. Faith is medium size weighing approximately 45 pounds and is celebrating her 3rd birthday this November! We have no idea what this amazing dog has been through but she is a sweetheart in need of someone willing to give her the gift of time to shine. She is always ready for an adventure - great in the car and working on leash training. Faith is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. All dogs adopted are up to date on shots, dewormed, microchipped and fixed. We will assist in introductions to other family members, both human and furry ones. Our adoption fee is $300.00

Allow us a few days to review and if the application is approved. We will get back to you with a basic interview questions.
- Arranging a meet and greet with the dog of interest and yourself.
- If all goes well during meet and greet and you would like to move forward we will contact you for a home check. If you are already an “approved home” you will get to take the dog or puppy home if we as a team decide it is a good fit at the meet and greet.

Must be 21 years or older. If not, parent or guardian must provide approval to adoption or foster interest.
If you are renting, your landlord must give the approval to fostering or adopting, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are applying for a breed restriction dog you must own a home.

Dogs are only given a short time to be adopted and then they get put down. Our Rescue will take in dogs that have run out of time at the shelter and find homes for them, thus freeing up shelter space and finding adoptable dogs a new family.
