My name is James!

James is a sociable, easy-going cat who enjoys a balance of play and affection. He's not overly energetic but appreciates time with his favorite toys, like his electronic whac-a-mole or pompom ball. Though he’s a bit cautious with wand toys, James loves to scratch on his horizontal scratcher with great enthusiasm.

This affectionate kitty enjoys chin and head scritches but isn’t fond of belly rubs unless he initiates. He’s a "couch-cat" who prefers to sit beside you rather than on your lap and doesn’t mind being picked up as long as he sees you coming. James is a chatty companion who loves attention and isn’t shy in letting you know it!

He’s good with other cats and would do well in a home where someone works from home or is around often. James would thrive with an adopter who wants a cuddly companion and may have other pets to keep him company. 

At night, you’ll find James cozied up in his favorite A-shaped cat tree hammock, sleeping soundly on his soft blanket. Prior to adoption, all cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped.
