Javier and Aira are a 12-week-old brother/sister pair looking for a home together. These two were born outside but you'd hardly know it now! They have been in a foster home for a few weeks and are doing great!! Their four other siblings have all gone home and now it's their turn! They are looking for a patient adopter who can go slowly with them as they can sometimes be a little nervous in new or uncomfortable situations.

If a cat or kitten is listed on our website, that means they are still available for adoption but there may be applications received ahead of yours. All adoption meetings are by appointment. Our kitten adoption fee (under 6 months) is $350 for a single kitten or $600 for a pair. The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, microchip, testing for FeLV, and spaying/neutering when old enough.

Our adoption fee for dogs varies depending on how much vet care the dog needs. The fee is usually in the range of $150 - $350 and includes spaying/neutering, all vaccinations, heartworm test, microchipping and tick/flea prevention.

The Medfield Animal Shelter's mission is to rescue lost or abandoned animals and provide for their comfort and safety until they are reunited with their owners or placed in new homes. We are a no-kill shelter, which means no pet will ever be euthanized because it has run out of time to find a home.
