Meet Holly!

Holly is a 4 Yr old GSD mix. She is a super sweet girl and the ultimate lover girl. She is initially a little shy; though, once she warms up to you, she has so much love to give. She loves attention and will let you know when she wants more by putting her paw on you. She loves walks and running around outside, but she loves cuddling with you on the couch even more. She definitely thinks she is a lap dog. She does well in her crate but is also a perfect angel outside of the crate and just wants to stretch out on the couch. New things are super scary, but she has done great overcoming them with a little encouragement!
She LOVES stuffed toys and is very gentle with everything. She’d much rather squeak them and then use them as a pillow than tear them up.
She is very gentle and tolerant of her cat foster brother as well!

More about this rescue

Homeward Bound Waggin is an all volunteer animal rescue and transport organization. We pull animals slated to be euthanized in our rural area and then find no kill rescues in other parts of the country that can take them. We also make them available for adoption in a broader geographical area.
