My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yolanda is a 2 yr old beautiful money cat. She came to us from a feral colony pregnant in April. She has raised her babies and they have all been adopted. Now she is spayed and wanting attention. She does not want to be picked up yet but does love pats. She is great with other cats and had some exposure to dogs. Yolanda would need some time to adjust to her new home but would be a loving girl with some time.

More about this rescue

Passion for Pets Rescue (PPR) is a non-profit (501c3), insured and state licensed rescue, run by volunteers. We are a small group of like minded folks with big hearts. PPR does not have an actual shelter, all of our dogs are either in foster homes in Maine or with our Southern partners in Mississippi.

PPR covers all medical expenses. The majority of the dogs we rescue require immediate veterinary care. Skin infections and internal parasites are common occurrences. We pay for all spay & neuter surgeries. PPR makes sure all dogs are given age appropriate vaccinations, as well as, preventative medication for Heartworm and external parasites.
