Ember: I am attempting to re-home Ember for my father who is 80, has dementia and moved into assisted living. Ember who is 11 was recently diagnosed with feline diabetes.
-She requires 2 insulin shots a day to manage the diabetes.
My father cannot take care of her and I cannot accept her. She is a friendly, lap cat who wants just wants to cuddle. She is slightly under weight and recently shaved to help with her fur.
My father has offered to pay for 6 to 12 months of the insulin medication and/or proper cat food to help Ember find the right forever home.
