Cyrus is all about love and affection. Although he is still very young, he has a moderate energy level and is pretty good on leash. He does not pull hard but just wants to sniff and smell. He loves to lay out in the sunshine or cuddle up next to you while you watch TV - just a calm and loving pup. Cyrus currently sleeps in his crate at night. He likes toys but he really enjoys playing with other dogs and we'd like for him to have a home where he has another dog to play with. We believe Cyrus came into the shelter with Bocephus who may be his brother but we are not sure. We also think Cyrus may be good with children. He is currently in a foster home in Louisiana and we will transport him to Florida as soon as we either have a potential adopter or an open foster home. Cyrus is fully vetted and heartworm negative.

The SouthEast Beagle Rescue Inc is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding new loving homes for unwanted, abandoned and abused Beagles and Beagle mixed dogs. We strive to reduce pet overpopulation by spaying/neutering our Beagles prior to adoption. We shall also be a resource to the community for information on the Beagle breed. We are an all volunteer and foster based not-for-profit organization.
