Gopher!

Gopher is an approximately 4 year old female tabby was left behind by her family when they moved away. She wasn't doing well outside - she had an eye infection and was overall very skinny. A concerned neighbor took her in, got her spayed as a community cat (hence the clipped ear) and got her to the vet. She lived in their garage for a few months, gained weight and got healthier. She got along great with their small dog, but did not like their bigger dog. Then she went to a foster for a little while, where she got along great with the their small dog. She's sweet, affectionate and loves to play with tunnels, feathers, and balls. Shes very food motivated and curious. At the vet and at home, she was great when handled and has never bit us or scratch us. Gopher is FIV+ which means she can be more susceptible to illness. However she can still live a long, healthy live and can be around other animals with no issue!September 17, 2024, 8:59 pm
