This pearly blue beauty is lovable BK, short for basement kitty where she was rescued from. She’s a polished satin doll from nose to toes to tail, full of fun-loving spirit and curiosity, and readily shares her big personality with everyone she meets! She likes to play with the other kittens and does great with visitors. Her mission in life is to love and enjoy her people, and she makes it look easy with her very happy, friendly, and affectionate nature! With the constellation of gifts lovable BK has to offer, she’s sure to be a joyful addition in a great forever family that cherishes her. How about yours?

All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas and ear mites, tested for FELV/FIV and microchipped. You must fill out an adoption application and talk directly with one of our adoption coordinators. An adoption contract must be signed at time of adoption.

You may visit The Cat House daily, except major holidays, 1-4 pm, by appointment only. We also have an off-site adoption center located inside Petco at 4144 N. Blackstone at Ashlan in Fresno, which is open open daily 10am-5pm and Wednesday 10am-6pm.

The Cat House on the Kings is California's largest no-cage, no-kill, lifetime cat sanctuary and adoption center located on 12 acres along the Kings River in Parlier, California, which is in the central San Joaquin Valley, southeast of Fresno.

At The Cat House, our mission is to:
1) provide a no-cage, no-kill sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats and kittens for the State of California, primarily serving the Central Valley;
2) facilitate the adoption of cats (primarily), dogs and other rescued animals into safe, loving, healthy and permanent homes;
3) educate the public on how to become directly involved in improving the quality of animal welfare;
4) offer low cost spay and neuter referrals.
