Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Purr. Why, hello there! It's great to meet you. I was just busy chasing a toy mouse and trying to climb the wall; you know, typical kitten stuff. I've been having fun here at the shelter because, let's face it, kittens can make any situation an adventure! I love to eat cat grass, bat the tails of other cats, and get attention from all of the staff and volunteers. As great as it's been, though, I can't wait for the right family to come and adopt me!

More about this shelter

HHHS has been a permanent part of the Topeka community since its founding May 4, 1938. The organization is incorporated as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) business for the purpose of sheltering companion animals in need of care, advocating for anti-cruelty protection of animals and promoting humane education and animal welfare issues. HHHS fosters the adoption of companion animals into responsible homes and reunites lost animals with their owners; promotes sterilization of animals to help reduce overpopulation; provides a facility accessible to the general public; serves the community with educational programs addressing animal welfare issues; and maintains a fiscally responsible organization.
