Y'all should come by and meet Nala! She's a 1-year-old lab mix with many of the fine qualities potential pet parents are looking for. She is housetrained and kennel trained. Nala likes everyone, including kids, cats and other dogs. She is smart as she already knows some basic commands. Nala is playful and loves toys but settles down nicely after playtime is over. If you'd like to meet Nala, simply come by any Monday thru Friday between 8am and 4:30 pm or Saturday from 12-2 for a visit.

Adoption viewing hours are from 8:00an-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses.

Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER & CARE CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
