Meet Biscuit! She is an approximately 8 year old, female, Terrier mix weighing about 28lbs. She was surrendered on 08/30/2024 because her owners could not care for her. According to her previous owner, she is good with dogs and kids but has not yet been around cats. She does best with other dogs who are her size or bigger. She is not a fan of dogs smaller than she is. She fancies herself a petite princess and wants to remain the tiny one! She walks well on a leash and is house trained and crate trained. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure they get along. Her adoption fee is $125. She is spayed, current on her rabies vaccination, basic boosters, microchipped and heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
