Prepare to fall head over paws for Wild Orchid, the cutest little bundle of fur you’ll ever meet! At just 3.5 months old, this playful pup is determined to fill your life with love. Wild Orchid adores playing with toys, zooming around, and snuggling up with you for a cozy nap.
Personality & Characteristics:
- Good With: Dogs (loves to play with them!) and primarily enjoys snuggling with his humans. He is also great with kids, wanting to give them all lots of little kisses.
- Training: Currently working on pee pad training. He loves when you cheer him on for doing something right. He does a little strut afterwards.
- 3 Keywords: Adorable, snuggly, and playful.
- Energy Level: 6/10 – loves to play with toys, zoom around, and then curl up for a nap (preferrably in someone's lap).
- Barking: He’ll bark a little when playing with other dogs but is generally quiet. I live by hospitals with ambulance sirens and loud neighbors slamming doors and he doesn't bark at them.
- Walking Manners: Working on his walking skills and making great progress! A little zigzag action right now, but working on improving.
- Appetite: A big fan of food! He’ll shadow you in the kitchen, hoping for a tasty treat.
- Favorite Things: Enjoys playing with a variety of toys (Kongs, soft toys, rope toys) and loves to cuddle on the couch while you watch TV.
- Commands/Tricks: Currently learning to sit and stay. Loves learning new tricks as treats are involved.

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
