Put Short Bio here: Woof! I'm Parakeet Blue and am a shy but friendly distinguished gentleman. Once I'm comfortable, I will want all the scritches and snuggles. I like being held like a baby at times because it makes me feel safe. Give me all the love and I'll be your best friend! I also don't shed unless my fur is long and even then it's minimal. I think I'm hypoallergenic too. Not to mention, I'm rockin' a pretty cool Mohawk.

Personality & Characteristics: Affectionate, smart, silly at times but pretty chill for the most part.
My foster dog is good with: People and dogs. Not sure about cats and children.
My foster dog is: Crate trained but will whimper lightly for about 30 minutes sometimes less, House trained, Low shed.

Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Mainly quiet, but will bark briefly if anyone is just outside bedroom door.
Walking Manners: A bit timid at first but excited after a couple of minutes. Wants to go after pigeons and pulls a bit on the leash but working on it.
Appetite: Healthy. Does not over eat.
Does the following: A bit nervous when meeting new people but good after a few minutes, loves to stay close to his person, good with bath. Great lap dog.
Favorite Things: Affection, relaxing puppy music, Blue Buffalo treats, milkbone minis, peanut butter, and peanut butter Purina Busy Sticks.
Commands/Tricks: Still learning several things like sit, and go to crate but great with stay, come, up, and no. No tricks as of yet. He's very mellow.
