Edam is the snuggler of her three siblings, Ricotta, Chevre, and Havarti. She loves to curl up in your arms and snooze the day away. Rubbing the bridge of her nose and her forehead is a surefire way to put her right to sleep.
But be ready for when she wakes up and has her energy streak though. She's still an active playful spunky little girl with fabulous kitten energy. Edam shows a little interest in the resident cats at her foster home and has no problem with the 85 lb resident dog. Are you looking for a perfect balance with affection and play? Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great! If not, Edam will need to be adopted with one of her siblings (Ricotta, Havarti, & Chevre).
The adoption fee for a kitten is $250. For a pair, the adoption fee is $500.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.
Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.
The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
