Biscotti is a male, neutered, roughly 3 year old collie/shepherd mix. he is roughly 35-45 pounds and is currently underweight. he responds to Scotti with touch and go recall, knows sit, is kennel trained, but is not house trained. Scotti tries his best to be a good dog and he makes small improvements every day. but he does have problems controlling himself when overwhelmed. he is bad with social queues from other dogs and tends to try to play with dogs until they snap. when Scotti gets snapped at he becomes aggressive and reactive. he will go after the other dog and will not stop unless fully restrained and isolated from the group. i do not have much hands on experience with an adult dog of this size, breed mix, or energy. he has had episodes where his “zoomies” turn into full on aggression and i have been hurt by him. he is also unable to rest anywhere other than his covered kennel. he has anxiety and needs stability and consistency
