Meet beautiful Sunflower! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl along with her friend, Daisy, on 9/9, and no one came to reclaim them. Daisy has now been adopted. Sunflower is searching for new loving, forever home. The volunteers describe her as very friendly and sweet. She is treat-motivated and will sit nicely when asked. Sunflower is a little shy, but she warms up quickly with gentle pets and treats.

Sunflower is approximately 2 years old, and she weighs 28 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Unfortunately, she did test positive for heartworms, but with proper treatment and care, she can go on to live a long and healthy life. Please speak with shelter staff about the option of fostering to adopt while she receives her treatment. Sunflower is waiting in run 852; her ID # is 661758.
