What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Edie is an amazing dog despite her past. I met her in July when I picked her up for a dog day out at Jax ACPS. She had been in the shelter for 10 months & was in need of dental & meds for her skin allergies but ACPS is over capacity & couldn’t provide the care she needed.
Edie’s skin is great but she needs to continue taking apoquel daily (about $90 month). She had her dental, has 6 months of heartworm & flea meds & vaccines are up to date.
She’s the sweetest most loving dog and loves cuddling with her people. She’s housebroken and non-destructive when left alone.
She knows sit, outside, inside, leave it is & learning how to walk better on a leash.
She would prefer a quieter home and someone who wants a lap dog and loves puppy kisses. She is a good girl and such a love bug.
Adopters will need vet/reference checks, a home check (virtual) & be willing to do a one week sleepover before we finalize the adoption to ensure a good fit.
