Meet Walter, the sweetest dog on earth. Walter, sadly, is losing his home due to a situation where the family must move. Their new resident will not allow dogs and they are heartbroken. Walter is a great dog. He is well train and his house trained as well. He gets along great with children, and children love him. Walter is a fun dog. He’s young but he’s old enough to enjoy some downtime. He is very healthy, up to-date on all shots and has been extremely well cared for. He has never suffered any abuse neglect or starvation. He is fun, loving, and eager to please. The family does request if possible that they could get an update here and there. They are extremely upset over losing their beloved dog.
Walter does not meet a stranger. He trust everyone because he thinks all people are good. If you want a family dog that is just fun loving with a good spirit then you need to get to know Walter. If you’re hunting for a family dog, please consider this one. I promise you’ll never regret it.
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
