Meet Kangaroo, she’s a stunning 7 month old Australian cattle dog mix. Doesn’t she have the best smile. Kangaroo is one of 4 pups in the litter , she is in foster care and thriving. She is a very sweet dog, she loves everyone she meets. She loves breaking out her smile to show off when she’s happy ( which is almost always). Kangaroo loves attention. the more the better. She is wonderful with children and would do great in a home where she gets to grow up with children. Kangaroo is well behaved, and has good house manners. She enjoys playing with other dogs, every new dog she meets is her new best fur friend. Kangaroo will do great in any home, she has nothing but puppy kisses, wagging tail and adoration to give.

Kangaroo is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped.

Vet references and personal references verified, verify home ownership or rental and ability to adopt

Virtual or in person

Approve Application

Send out approval with information on canine, need to electronically sign. Adoption agreement. Review all aspects of the adoption agreeement

Pay Fee

Adoption donation accepted, welcome letter emailed with educational information to welcome your new dog home. Transport arranged

6.
Take the Pet Home

Adopters receive all vetting documentation and a welcome home goodie bag for new fur friend

Northbound Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting primarily independent rescuers in rural North Western Mississippi. With many of these communities battling overpopulation, low local adoption rates and climbing medical bills, Northbound Rescue forms a partnership with these rescuers to assist them with medical care, fundraising, transport and rescue efforts in the Northeast.
Our vision is to help our partners in Mississippi get their animals proper medical care and find them their forever home in the Northeast.
