Miss Luna is THE best puppy!!!! She is so well behaved and fun! This little lady has taken on potty training like a champ! She sleeps in her kennel all night and doesnt cry! She loves her food, playing with a ball her stuffed monkey, being outside and being snuggled at night. She is starting to respond to us when being called and is great at going potty every time we take her out! She is sooo playful and loves other dogs and kids!! She loves to walk herself and carry her leash in her mouth. When she is all tuckered out she loves to be held and snuggled! She only barks at play and loves meeting new friends! Come play with her! You will Not want to leave without her!!!

All of our adoptable dogs and cats will be be spayed or neutered before they can be adopted out.
Dogs: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents). Cats: adoption fee includes spay/neuter, first set of shots, microchip and county license (for davis county residents if applicable within your city).

Go meet their pets

We are open M-F 10AM-6PM and are located at 1422 E 600 N in Fruit Heights, UT. Please call for directions (801)-444-2200.
We encourage the whole family including any furry ones to come along when looking at one of our adoptable animals. Often on Saturdays we hold an adoption event at a local Petsmart or Petco. Please call on Friday to get the location and/or time for the weekend adoption event.

Our Goal
"To provide service to the people and the animals of Davis County, through the professional operation of the Davis County Animal Shelter and animal care and control programs. Services shall be rendered in an efficient, effective, and conscientious manner. These services shall include, but are not limited to; sheltering of unwanted, stray and abandoned pets, euthanasia of animals, adoption, redemption, lost and found services, providing of resource information, and public education as well as the taking and processing of all requests for service.
