Found or abandoned

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We found these two dogs on highway 62 and Laurelhurst Rd. One was injured and there was almost an accident. We tried to find their home but heard gun shoots and we and the dogs freaked out and we took them home. They are chipped but no response from the owner and old information. The Deschutes Animal Human Society will not take them since they were found in Jackson Co. The vet will not help the injured dog because it is not my dog.

If we do not hear from anyone to claim these dogs, I suppose we will drop them off where we found them or take them to the Jackson Co Humane Society.
