My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shasta is looking for a calm, loving place to rest and recover as she heals.

Reason for Foster: Pyoderma (skin infection)

Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks

Foster Care Plan: Shasta is being treated for Pyoderma (skin infection). She will go home with medications and will need a bath twice a week with medicated shampoo. She will have a recheck in 1 week to see how she is healing and if it is time to move forward to her spay surgery and then adoption

Foster to Adopt Program:
Shasta is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
