Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Purebred female rottweiler about 2 years old. She is so sweet and loves to cuddle. She enjoys playing with male dogs her size. She isn't a fan of the other female rottie in her home. Good with people including kids. She is learning basic obedience and walks well on a leash with a training collar. She is crate trained, in fact she seeks to love her crate. She is also potty trained. All of our dogs would benefit from ongoing training. Baby girl has been diagnosed with valley fever in her lungs. She will need to take flucozonol for a year or more. She is still coughing and she will be spayed as soon as that stops. We will not allow her to be adopted unaltered, but if you wanted to foster her until she is ready to be adopted, then that is something that we might consider. Of course has soon as she is ready to be adopted, you would have first dibs on this beautiful baby girl.
Our Adoption Process... If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by going to our website, www.rottenrottie.com click on the forms tab, and fill out the questionnaire and submit it online. After we review your answers, if we feel that the dog that you are interested in, is not a good fit for you and your family, we may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler(s) is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. We will require a home check to make sure the dog is going to a good home. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee of $500 for most adults, $350 for most of our seniors 6 years and above for any rottweiler mix of any age (except puppies) . Our fees for puppies fluctuate depending on how much we had to invest into them or their litter, and weather they are purebred or a mix. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers. ALL of our dogs are sterilized, fully vaccinated and microchipped, heartworm tested negative and come with a collar and a leash. We have also addressed any injury or illness that they had when they came to us, or received in foster care. These problems will be disclosed to the adopter prior to adoption.
please be advised that in almost all cases we will not adopt our dogs to folks who live in different states. On rare occasion, if we feel that it is a PERFECT for both you and the dog, we sometimes will break that rule for our neighbors who live in Las Vegas. If you live in Vegas and would like us to consider you, please fill out an application.
