Hi, my name is Bosco! Everyone says I look like Toto from Wizard of Oz, not sure who that is but seems like a cool guy like me

I am a 4yr old Terrier/ chihuahua mix, weighing in at 16lbs. I came from a loving home but unfortunately my parents passed away leaving me and my fur brother homeless Through all these changes, I am such a sweet guy! I love to cuddle on the couch with you & squeaky toys are my favorite! I get along well with female dogs but would be even happier to be an only dog to love my human all to myself!! If I go to a home with kids they would probably need to be older since fast movement and loud noises scare me. I had a cat in my previous home that I didn’t pay any attention to. I do well with the groomer and absolutely LOVE walks and sunbathing!! I need some help with potty training and hoping moving to a home with no male dogs will do the trick!

I love giving kisses and belly rubs, I can’t wait to find my forever home

If your application is chosen and approved we will setup a meet and greet with the pet. You will hear back regardless if chosen or not.

We place the dogs in the best home not the first home. Please be patient while we go over all apps and we will be in touch.

We are foster based. You must apply on Crossyourpaws.com first. If your application is chosen as the best fit for the dog we will move forward with the approval process. Once approved you will be setup with a time to meet the dog. Our dogs are all over the greater Pittsburgh area.

Our decision to start a rescue is not one that we have taken lightly, it has come after years of volunteer work with other groups. Our goal is to make this world a place where starving, abused animals is a thing of the past. That shelters filled with dogs and cats waiting to be euthanized is unheard of. We want euthanasia to be something to help pets on their way to the Rainbow bridge not to end lives because of overpopulation. We vow to save every life that we can.
